Tax Service Payment Options
- Upfront Payment
Clients may choose to pay for services in advance through a secure third-party payment processor. - Refund-Based Payment (Bank Product)
Eligible clients may elect to have preparation fees deducted from their tax refund through an authorized bank product provider. Third-party processing fees may apply.
Important Disclosures
- Third-party fees are separate from eFileGenius service fees
- Refund amounts are determined by taxing authorities
- Fees are earned once work begins
Bookkeeping Services
Payment terms for bookkeeping services are discussed during consultation and documented in a separate agreement.
